About the role

As a SEA S&OP Manager you will contribute to defining the globally consistent standards, championing S&OP within the region and ensuring regional considerations are accounted for in the global design. You will also drive global consistency of regional processes and governance, and define the mid term roadmap to improve the maturity of S&OP across the region. Influencing cross functionally and at all levels of within the organisation, coaching within S&OP sessions, to ensure S&OP is delivering the business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the S&OP strategy and performance to drive value generation, process robustness, efficiency and effectiveness for Kerry
  • Support in identifying best in class technology and tools to optimise reporting
  • Partner with functional owners to ensure a high performing team of Demand and Supply planning experts that are capable of driving process adherence and leading process improvements across the Kerry business
  • Build a central repository of expertise, methods, tools & templates to enhance the value of the S&OP framework 
  • Provide regional teams with the subject matter expertise, best practices, standard methods, tools and technology to run effective S&OP governance forums
  • Build strong senior relationships with Kerry-wide stakeholder groups to continuously improve the S&OP process
  • Accountable for ensuring the relevance of S&OP reporting to business needs, to provide insights to senior stakeholders in a consumable and visual manner
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the region, including RD&A, Commercial, Procurement and Finance functions to enhance the S&OP Process

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business/Commerce 
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role 
  • Strong track record in implementing and managing an S&OP process
  • Demonstrated exposure to SAP essential
  • Track record of being able to identify and drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives to develop a customer focussed, best practice division
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast –paced, changing environment
