About the role
Work Location: 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
Reporting To: Reward & Benefits Team Lead – APMEA & Europe
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
As a Reward specialist, you will deliver end-to-end HR Rewards support with a strong focus on benefits and compensation administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for employee or manager Rewards-related concerns, collaborating with Tier 1 GBS and escalating to Centre of Excellence (COE) or HR Business Partners (HRBP) when necessary.
- Oversee and manage key HR and Rewards programs, such as car programs, scholarship initiatives, education assistance, benefit plans, compensation plans, and recognition programs.
- Administer leave of absence programs for require region, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and compliance with policies.
- Handle employee lifecycle rewards processes, including new hires, life events, and terminations, to provide a smooth and engaging employee experience.
- Manage and administer pension and retirement plans for APMEA / Europe, ensuring compliance and effective delivery.
- Cultivate effective working relationships across Kerry by leveraging communication tools, fostering collaboration, and understanding HR Rewards policies and the unique needs of the business.
- Utilize Continuous Excellence tools to drive cost-effective solutions and deliver efficient resources for key stakeholders.
- Ensure all rewards programs comply with local and regional regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with HR Directors (HRDs), HRBPs, HR Managers, and COEs to execute and enhance the Rewards strategy effectively.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancements and proactively contribute to the evolution of the Rewards framework.
- Take on additional duties as required, contributing to the continuous improvement and success of the Rewards function.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of related and proven experience in a similar role within a global organization.
- In depth knowledge of benefits and compensation administration.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
