Key responsibilities

To perform all product costing activities for sites, mainly: 

Process Order Closure.

• Perform PO analysis:
• PO Status Verification: Checking each Process Order (PO) for status, description, overhead keys, and discrepancies between confirmed and delivered quantities.
• TECO and COGI Errors: Reviewing TECO status POs to identify any COGI (Controlling Goods Issues) errors.
• Planned vs. Actual Time Discrepancies: Monitoring discrepancies between planned, target, and actual labour and machine hours, within the set threshold. 
• Variance Review: Identifying any significant variances (%) between target and actual costs.
• Template Assignment & WIP Closure: Assigning templates to process orders, performing WIP (Work in Progress) calculations, settling and closing TECO POs, and logging any unresolved TECO POs.

New Product Introduction (NPI)- Material Cost Estimation

• Price and Material Setup Verification: Checking the reasonableness of prices and accuracy in Bill Of Material (BOM) and Recipe,  MRP views, and other settings.
•  Perform Cost Estimation & Price Release: Creating cost estimates and releasing finalized prices via SAP.

Distribution of Usage Variance (DUV) etc.

• Perform DUV analysis: 
• Check PO that need to DUV based on the guidelines and threshold.
• Perform the distribution in DUV cockpit SAP.

Qualifications and skills

• Must be fluent in English, whereas other foreign languages is an added advantage.
• Preferably be a Professional or Degree Holder.
• Good to come from an accounting background - especially in relation to Product Costing/Material Ledgers.
• Good to have knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel - the rest will be an added advantage.
• Preferably have knowledge in SAP.
