About the role

This position will support and report to Senior Marketing Manager Indonesia, Malaysia/ Singapore, Philippines  to accelerate retail,  foodservice and overall Malaysia business growth. This role will develop relevant and proactive insights, lead business strategy that encompasses customers, consumers and channels. This role will also be responsible for deliver innovative ways in bringing to live customers engagement. It is also crucial for this person to establish relations with sales and RD&A

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend key opportunities key stake holders based on customers, consumers and channels
  • Develop winning and comprehensive proactive insights lead business growth plan as our customer engagement platform 
  • Execute and analyse action plan with recommend a path to success by working closely with sales and R&D 
  • Establish partnerships between internal business functions – General Management, Commercial, Research Development & Applications, Technical, Relevant Regional/ Global teams and Key External Business Partners/ Enablers
  • Create & execute innovative ways to engage customers by bringing to live relevant insights

Qualifications and skills

Experience Required:

 

  • Min 6 years of related experience in marketing and or business development and or sales 
  • Experience in the Food, Beverage / Food Ingredients industry is highly advantageous in order to understand the industry, the main players, etc.
  • Exposure working for MNC with matrix organizations is an advantage
  • Experience in working with a team is necessary
