About the role

1. Support teams to capture development needs in scope. Works with Continuous Excellence (CE) and L&LD pillar to prioritise areas of focus and embed the L&LD pillar.
2. Design, develop, consult, guide and where relevant deliver learning / leadership solutions to support strategic, transformational learning and performance needs.
3. Engage in Global programs from the CoE as needed, to support overall business drivers 

Key responsibilities

•  Leads and supports design and delivery activities to meet learning and performance needs, in partnership with Subject Matter Experts, Learning colleagues + where relevant third-party partners

•  Leads learning needs analysis activities within scope of assigned projects, in partnership with CE team + L&LD Pillar members/Steer Co, to determine the scale and scope of skills & capability needed to drive the business strategy.
•  Capability to delivery engagingly both virtually and in person
•  Builds strong relationships across all Service Lines and Support Functions in GBS. Collaborates by engaging, communicating and influencing across all levels of leadership.
•  Champions and supports the embedding of the L&LD pillar within the CE framework
•  Evaluates the effectiveness of learning solutions in achieving capability development, performance improvement and overall contribution to business impact and value, using recognised learning evaluation models
•  Researches and identifies external learning and development trends, technologies, methodologies and ways of working which are appropriate and relevant to Kerry, and acts as an early adopter of these where appropriate
•  Engages and partners with GBS Learning Team on all learning administration activities, acting as single point of contact and drives data accuracy for formal training delivered in GBS
•  Supports the Learning & Leadership CoE in driving learning consistency, building & sharing best practice in ways of working, applying governance and being an ambassador for learning in Kerry
•  Partners with colleagues in the other GBS centre to align on approaches where suitable. Collaboratively working together to drive our Learning Culture to unlock the potential of our people and our business.
•  Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field

Qualifications and skills

  • 2 + in a similar role and global environment perspective., preferably in a GBS centre.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Passionate about L&D and committed to delivering high-quality training programs that drive results.
  • Experience in learning programme design, development, assessment
  • IC role / having engaged and influenced snr manager, leader stakeholder groups and external providers
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
