About the role

As a Learning Administrator in the Tier 1 TD & Learning Section of the Global Business Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all Learning Admin processes is completed accurately and on time and manage all tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation.

Able to work EU hours (2pm - 11pm / 3pm / 12am)

Key responsibilities

•    Ensuring high quality collaboration with all other Administrators, including cross functionally, to ensure best practise, aligned and consistent services are delivered as well as provide the best possible employee experience
•    Promptly resolve queries from HR and from employees related to their use of Learning systems and processes
•    Execute learning-related digital communication with targeted individual- and bulk- notifications to employees through email and other digital communication channels 
•    Set up live classes, manage enrolments and assign credits for attendance at live classes
•    Project manage learning projects (e.g. orientation, learning journeys) through system set-up, notifications, activity monitoring and reporting
•    Maintain materials supporting the correct use of learning systems by HR teams and employees
•    Manage the set-up and ongoing maintenance of third-party learning providers, including processing of payments to these vendors 
•    Execute overall data governance, compliance and reporting across all learning systems in line with business metrics
 

Qualifications and skills

•    Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR, Learning, Finance or Business area;
•    Experience in the use of Success Factors or similar cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software, preferably including Learning Management Systems;
•    High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
•    Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.
•    Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.
•    Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (in particular Indonesian Bahasa, Chinese, Thai, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese)
