Reporting To: Reward, Benefits & Mobility Manager – APMEA & Europe
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and support the Global Mobility team, ensuring team members possess the necessary skills and competencies, are motivated to deliver excellent service, and are given opportunities to develop and perform to the best of their capabilities.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic global mobility initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Program Management:
- Oversee and manage key HR and Global Mobility programs, such as immigration and relocation procedures, necessary documentation, and agreement letters.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain current knowledge of global government rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective delivery of global mobility processes for APMEA/Europe.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the escalation point for employee or manager global mobility-related concerns, collaborating with Tier 1 & Tier 2 GBS and escalating to Centers of Excellence (COE) or HR Business Partners (HRBP) when necessary.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Work with HR Business Partners to educate teams.
Market Competitiveness:
- Provide consultation to the business and HR teams on relevant topics, including market competitiveness, global mobility trends, and best practices.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related and proven experience in a similar role within a global organization.
- In depth knowledge of global mobility processes and administration.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
