Key responsibilities

• Handling Payments processing for AP scope region via SAP or via manual payment based on the scheduled run or emergency request
•Handling supplier and Site queries relating to payables and respond to AP Helpdesk tickets within 2 days SLA.
• Negotiate and enrol vendors into E invoice
• Drive Continuous Excellence and Automation by providing process improvement ideas, participate in problem solving
• Meeting on Time Payment % target set by Global
• Meeting target of bank transitory account clearing
• Ensure payment error is managed within the stipulated time and long term solution provided.
• Managing AP Aging report by doing analysis for item more than 90 days and above
• Involve in data cleansing activity and data ownership transfer and escalate issue on timely manner
• AP month end closing and reporting in carrying out the responsibilities of AP department
• Participate in Daily Huddle and collaborate with internal customer, i.e. Site call, Procurement, Supply Chain, MDM, Tax, Compliance, Finance team
• Oversee and Assist Team Lead for Continuous Improvement projects, KPIs and escalations

•Good knowledge of Accounts Payable in specific: End to end understanding of the process.

•Knowledge of invoice posting/payment processes

•Experience in process mapping and desktop procedures
•ERP (SAP) knowledge
