About the role

1) Responsible for executing on the GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) processes and strategies in support of accurate financial reporting, timely payments to suppliers, and identification of business risks and deviations

Key responsibilities

 

2)Proactively analyse and manage the timely clearing of GRIR transactions

3)Engage with stakeholders to facilitate GRIR clearing activities 4)Identify and solve complex GRIR issues

5)Identify and manage recurring issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement

6)Prepare reports and provide feedback on items not cleared in a timely manner

7)Escalate recurring issues, trends, deviations, and behaviors that negatively impact GRIR process

8) Good Proficiency in Italian and English.

Qualifications and skills

  • A degree in finance with a minimum of 1-2 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in fluent English, in a clear manner to colleagues and customers
  • Experience in AP Vendor/Internal Customer Management, Validation, Invoice Processing AP Registration
  • MS Office Knowledge, Service Now
  • A team player who has the ability to motivate others, making it fun while getting the job done
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement, change and the challenge to make it better
  • Good command of Accounting knowledge.
  • Good Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Europe working hours 2pm - 11pm
