About the role

 

Work Location:         Karawang, Indonesia 
Reporting To:           RD&A Manager

 

This role is a full-time daily active role to help Taste Team in Kerry for end-to-end flavour sample creation to support both internal & external customer request. Successful applicant will need to run full flavour sample creation in liquid, dry-blending, encapsulation, reaction, and emulsion both for savoury & sweet flavours, conduct basic evaluation & sensory tasting with related team, data evaluation & final recommendation of the sample flavours.

 

Key responsibilities

 

•    Conduct flavour sample creation to support internal & external customer based on project request.
•    Manage RMs & products stock analysis to always hit the SLA agreement target with related stakeholders.
•    Conduct and evaluate sensory analysis with related team based on the available datasets.
•    Gives final recommendation for process & product based on the evaluation result.
•    Support whole Sampling Team & related stakeholders to achieve Kerry’s excellence and sustainability vision & mission.
•    Maintain smooth process around the Sampling Team.
•    Provide process improvement inputs to enhance the overall Taste Sampling team workflows.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

•    Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or similar field
•    Minimum 2 years experience with flavour process in encapsulation, emulsion, liquid & dry blending, and reaction process
•    Understanding basic sensory and analysis evaluation, able to operate Ms. Office and SAP ERP system.
•    Basic understanding of sensory and analysis evaluation, and able to operate SAP ERP system.
•    Intermediate knowledge in continuous improvement or Yellow-belt Six Sigma is an added value
