About the role

 

 

The EHS Officer acts as a person who's able to implement all activity in EHS Department, This person must able to communicate and promote EHS aspect to all employee, vendor, supplier and contractors. Mitigate any EHS substandard condition to achieve a better EHS implementation across all Function. Able to maintain and improve the implementation of ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001 : 2015. Perform regular report to EHS Lead and related function/stake holder. This person responsible for all Environmental aspect in the factory especially WWTP. Perform any improvement regarding Accident that occurred to prevent recurring of the accident.

Reporting to : EHS Lead 
 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

• Ensure the implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety Quality (FSQ) policy & procedures in respective department
• Implement all activity in HSE Department.
• Implement EHS Activity Plan.
• Perform regular report to EHS Lead and related parties.
• Communicate and Promote EHS to all aspect to all employee, vendor, supplier, and contractors.
• As Management Representative of ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2014 and to maintain and improve the implementation of both System.
• Perform inspection and audit in regular basis within factory and related third parties.
• Perform regional program such as BIG5 (LOTO, PTW, CSE, MHE, CHS) and others.
• Ensure all Environmental aspect are properly implemented for its compliance. (Perform environmental monitoring in regular basis)
• Ensure WWTP operations meets its standard /compliance.
• Perform any improvement regarding any EHS Accidents / Complaints.
• Perform follow up for any unsafe conditions and unsafe actions.
• Ensure all permit / licenses related EHS are still in valid condition.
• Perform HSE Training and Inductions.
   

Qualifications and skills

 

 

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor graduate degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in EHS
