About the role

The primarily role of a Regulatory Data Technologist is to ensure proper documentation and maintain regulatory data are up-to-date, comply to country requirements and available in regulatory repository to serve as a regulatory resource to internal and external stakeholders. The regulatory data includes but not limited to Halal certificate, Kosher certificate and any other relevant regulatory documents, license and certificates. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, has good organizational and time management skills, and is able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain Halal, Kosher and other relevant regulatory document, license and certificates for raw material (internal and external) and finished goods in regulatory repository and authority portal
  • Compile and submit application dossier to relevant regulatory bodies to attain Halal, Kosher and other relevant regulatory license or certificate for new products.
  • Monitor the validity of the Halal, Kosher and other relevant regulatory license or certificates and conduct renewal application.
  • Support cross functional teams to access to regulatory data as required for internal reference or external audit.
  • To perform any duties and projects assigned from time to time by superior.
Qualifications and skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business administration or any related field
  • Fresh graduate or about 1-2 years of experience in maintaining documents, licenses and certificates or documents control
  • Organized and pay strong attention to details
  • Able to perform in a team environment to deliver result
  • Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
