About the role

Work Location : Tampoi

Contract type : 1 year fixed term contract

Rotating shift : 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm

Key responsibilities

To conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, environmental sample and finished products according to the testing method, aseptically.
To perform daily verification of equipment
To handle and prepare samples for testing
To perform environmental monitoring sampling of production areas aseptically.
To prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and other laboratory supplies and record properly.
To record and document all activity in lab accurately. including all tests and quality controls and monitoring .
To report to Microbiologist for any abnormal or OOS results or condition
To maintain cleanliness of workstation and sampling points
To perform any task that assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum SPM, with 3years lab experience in Food Microbiological testing .
Diploma degree fresh grad that have basic food microbiological lab experience is acceptable.
