About the role

As an Incoming QC Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming raw and packaging materials at Kerry Pasir Gudang Warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining product integrity by conducting inspections and enforcing quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of incoming raw materials and packaging materials based on the established sampling plan.
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet Kerry’s quality and compliance standards.
• Execute sampling inspections using Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) criteria.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and quality teams to address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and reliability in task execution.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify non-conformities and enforce quality requirements.
• Knowledge of AQL sampling methods and quality inspection procedures is an advantage.
