About the Role:

 

This role recognises the importance of Excellence in Delivery for Kerry’s growth in APAC, through provision of HR services to the region – Supporting and leading continuous improvement initiatives in the function. Reporting to the Employee Service Lead - APMEA, this role will act as the Manager on the HR Shared Services team, leading HR Master data and Correspondence teams.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Management of HRSS resources
  • Promote proactive approach to finding solutions to solve business needs / problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems and capabilities with customers
  • Identify opportunities to increase the scope of HRSS Service delivery
  • Be accountable for the development and achievement of HRSS performance goals and the continuous improvement of HR service delivery
  • Work with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders across the organisation to improve transactional experiences and HR services
  • Work closely with the Payroll team in order to ensure the highest levels of data integrity between HR systems.
  • Maximize office productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction by utilising data and metrics to analyse workflows, efficiencies, trends, opportunities for improvement, training and coaching
  • Coaching and mentoring the team – encourage team building  

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experienced HR professional with a minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in HR Shared Service / HR Analysts / HRIS environment
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in leading / supervising HR Operations
  • Strong skills in managing projects and building relationships
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM Is a must
  • High ability to manage change effectively, display initiative and follow through on the development of ideas
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be able to mentor and coach the team to ensure service levels remain high
  • Expert skills in MS Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results oriented, show initiative and creativity and have a bias for action
