About the role

The Digital marketing Specialist for APMEA is a key role within Kerry’s global marketing function and will support the strategic marketing objectives and digital marketing implementation across all internal and external digital channels. The Digital marketing Specialist will support the execution of APMEA Digital Marketing Strategy across online, mobile and social channels. This includes but is not limited to digital marketing strategy and development for websites, SEO and SEM, e-mail marketing, social media and lead generation in CRM system. This position will report directly into the Head of KBS with a dotted line to the Digital Marketing Manager - APMEA for the region.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the development and on-going optimization of Kerry’s Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Create best-in-class user experience with HTML code skills for emails, landing pages, website pages, digital documents across all digital platforms.
  • Maintain leads data base and implement current nurturing program for digital campaigns, social, ads, PR, and websites.
  • Collaborates with internal business and marketing teams to understand business objectives, messages and audiences.
  • Develops clear, concise and brand-compliant messaging for a variety of digital channels that support key digital marketing initiatives and inspire action.
  • Condenses large amounts of messaging and information into succinct digital content consistent with Kerry’s brand and positioning.
  • Exercises quality control on all copy, obtaining approvals, fact-checking and thoroughly editing / proofreading all digital content.
  • Adheres to processes, standards and guidelines for managing digital assets in alignment with Regional Visual designer.
  • Ensure all digital marketing communications maintain a high level of quality, feature a consistent tone and style and support overall brand marketing strategy.
  • Supports in the development and maintenance of global and regional digital content calendars.
  • Cooperating with country leads coordinators to ensure the conversion of the leads & business generation
  • Maintain weekly report from CRM and update any issue in process, responsibility, and training.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Digital Marketing
  • 2-5 years of proven HTML coding for digital assets across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Prior work experience with Site core, and other marketing tools, systems, platforms like Marketo, a plus.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the online channel and how to effectively utilize for multi-channel messages and market, customer engagement.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of website technology, social and email marketing including SEO, SEM, Social Media platforms.
  • Fluency in English language, both conversational and writing.
