Key responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for all outgoing transaction document (pick list) on time and correctly.
  • Liaise with customer service dept to ensure all truck or containers (as per booking reference) are truck in on time for delivery arrangement.
  • Ensure all outgoing process are according to company HACCP requirement.
  • To maintain 5S and GMP at all time.
  • Perform weekly cycle count and ensure have real time stock figure.
  • Ensure internal dept requirement are met on time.
  • Make sure warehouse operation adhere Environmental Management System (EMS) requirement and procedure
  • Prepare document for local customers (packing list) delivery accordingly.
  • To undertake any other related duties that may be given by the Management from time to time
  • Work closely with QC Department to ensure containers and lorry are inspected 
  • Provide the dispatch plan for the consignments according to production plan
  • Maintain FIFO & ensure FG liquidation 
  • To ensure & implement all new launched products & material are recorded in system
  • To develop the warehouses management systems
  • To supervise and manage a team

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or food related qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience working in food manufacturing or FMCG industry 
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision
  • Being innovative to provide new ideas and be able to put them in practice. 
  • To able to interact socially and technically with internal teams in order to ensure all problems are completed on time.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Experienced in managing and supervising a team
