About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for organising, planning and managing multiple projects to ensure the on-time budget and scope delivery of capital projects in the Jeddah Plant.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the projects so they are implemented, managed and delivered within the agreed time, quality and budget limits;
- Responsible for ensuring that projects are implemented in-line with Kerry local site and relevant legislative standards, policies, codes, regulations and procedures;
- Responsible for directing, managing and developing project team;
- Responsible for ensuring project brief, scope and resource requirements are in place and agreed;
- Responsible for preparing project KDM reports and organising project steering committee reviews;
- Responsible for ensuring that project implementation and final installation comply with all relevant health, safety and environment codes and legislations;
- Support procurement in activities to standardize equipment, vendors and leverage Kerry Group spend to reduce overall capital expenditure;
- Responsible for final selection of suppliers, contractors and services for capital projects;

Qualifications and skills
- Minimum Third Level Degree in an Engineering discipline (mechanical/chemical/electrical)
- Minimum 7-10 years’ Project Engineering experience in a Multinational environment
- Must have experience of filling and packing equipment (small and large packs – liquids)
- Must have previously worked in the Food / Food Ingredients industry
- Good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma and Lean Manufacturing, PMP
- Familiar with project management tools
- Strong track record of on-time, on-budget and on-specification delivery of projects within operational facilities;
- Must have experience in planning and executing continuous improvement projects within operating facility
