About the role

  • To guide/help the operator for filling the downtime log sheet per shift
  • Collect all the production details log sheet report shift wise (Operator’s log sheet, Actual BPR, Offline Report, Manpower Allocation, and other related production reports)
  • Review and counter check the Daily Production Report (DPR) against actual log sheet report
  • Prepare the excel file for ERP Reporting of finished goods against Work Order given by Planner
  • Collect and review actual manpower details line wise per shift
  • Collect and review production downtime details line wise per shift
  • Report the finished goods in ERP including manpower and log sheet entry
  • Ensure/verify the physical (RMPM) material batch code and will update during reporting in PR transaction
  • Reconciliation of finished goods report from logistics department with production ERP report
  • Liable for presenting data related to Audit requirements (ERP System traceability)
  • Ensures compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and company rules and regulations – whenever required
  • Validate WIP stock report and review it with WIP Operator on monthly basis prior finance departments’ approval.
  • Able to generate production related reports (OEE %, Productivity, DPR, etc.) and circulate to Production Manager and Factory Manager
  • Deliver ERP reporting on time
  • System traceability during audit
  • Leading WIP stock taking exercise
  • Checking the availability of RM/PM stocks in the syste

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree in business/ commerce or engineering related field
  • Experience and knowledge in food manufacturing is highly preferable
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and ERP System is preferred
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills and empathy
  • Knowledge of generating production related reports, stock taking and audits at the site
