About the role

Reporting To          : Marketing Director – SEA

 

The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Kerry Indonesia by managing one of our largest and most significant customer. Reporting to the Marketing Director - SEA, this role will be responsible for tailoring and activating regional strategies to meet the unique needs of this key customer. You will be accountable for localizing and optimizing Integrated Marketing Campaigns to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and flawless execution. By harvesting and leveraging insights, you will inform and shape strategies that enhance our Marketing and Sales efforts, ensuring they are more specialized and effective.


 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison, collaborating closely with this key customer to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  • Lead and drive the development and execution of the marketing activation plan, while identifying and pursuing pipeline opportunities to support business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive business analyses, providing key insights, trends, performance metrics, and other critical data to support marketing efforts across Product Categories, Channels, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage customers, bringing relevant insights to life in impactful ways.
  • Foster strong partnerships between internal business functions—such as Commercial, Chefs, Research Development & Applications, and relevant Regional/Global teams—and key external business partners/enablers, both in-country and across the region.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing/brand management/activation/event management honed from experience in an FMCG organisation, preferably related to F&B
  • Solid project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in market research process and generating insights from multiple data points. 
  • Hand-on experience in the creative process, visual design, and copywriting
  • Exposure working in matrix organizations is an advantage.
