About the role


Work Location:       Jakarta, Indonesia 
Reporting To:         National Sales Manager (Brands)
Travelling:              30% travel required within the country (5% Global Travel, if needed)


Key responsibilities


Reporting to the National Sales Manager working closely with the sales & marketing teams of both Kerry and our distributors to support the delivery of leading insightful customer presentations and applications.

Responsible for supporting the development of new products and applications for Dairy Master within the Foodservice chains across Indonesia, with ad-hoc support other food brands. Build an in -depth knowledge and understanding of our customer’s needs, supporting the development and delivery of winning solutions for menu growth and development. Support high profile Dairy Master food events, assisting with equipment organization, sample preparation and presentation.


Qualifications and skills

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality (major in culinary) or similar field 
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Chef in Hotel /High-End Restaurants, or Technical Chef Advisor in Fast Moving Food companies
•    Preferred skills in “Hot Kitchen” with “Pastry and Bakery” knowledge
•    Excellent presentation in foodservice sector and strong industry knowledge
•    An Accredited Culinary Arts Certification
•    Basic Food Hygiene Certification
•    Moderate experience in usage of Power Point presentation.

•    Will bring a creative and innovative view, capitalizing on experience of working within the industry.
•    Will build strong relationships internally and externally
•    Capability in all major cuisines (and basic capacity to handle pastries and desserts products) as preferred by major Asian, Indonesian to be more specific.
•    Able to bring real value to the business by having innovative mindset / approach as well having a keen eye for detail, being a true team player and being able to be positively self-critical.
•    Deep knowledge/experiences that goes alongside product / menu costing, sourcing ingredients and knowledge of food trends.
