About the role

 

  • Work Location        : Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Travel                     : 30% within sub-region SEA

Key responsibilities

 

  • Position and promote Kerry's product portfolio within the Foodservice Chains sector.
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continued business.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Utilize creativity, value-proposition selling, and customer management skills to support and grow existing platforms.
  • Identify new categories where value-added products can be created.
  • Work as an individual contributor while being a part of the SEA Foodservice Chains Team.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Business Development teams to:
  • Architect customer ideas and interpret market trends.
  • Design innovative products to drive overall category growth.
  • Hold direct revenue responsibility across the Indonesian market.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Sales to promote foodservice products. 
•    Must possess a wide, existing customer network in Foodservice and experience working with B2B business model.
•    Must have key accounts activation experience and capability in managing the process from a sales perspective.
•    Business level English with excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
•    Culinary / Food & Beverage experience and strong, up to date knowledge of the market will be an advantage.
•    Should have strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage LTO / regular engagements with Key Accounts
