The typical hiring range for this role is $23 or $24 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

Where You'll Work:

Our Jackson, WI facility is located just north of Milwaukee and easily commutable with easy on/off freeway access. We create dry beverage mixes products for Kerry customers. We work hard, play hard, and give back to the community we work in through our Kerry employee engagement program. We are located a commutable 20 minutes north of the Milwaukee metro area. What You'll Do:

The Material Handler is responsible for picking and preparing finished goods to be shipped to customers and third-party warehouse as well as staging goods for the production lines.

Ensure accurate reporting of goods movement to support inventory control.
Understand how to properly pull product utilizing a pick list.
Moves product from production lines into shipping areas. Builds and stages product for upcoming production lines.
Ability to adjust label sizes and fill weights for different containers.
Responsible for properly placing materials in staging and warehouse areas.
Performs other duties as assigned. (Back up traffic coordinator/Customer returns etc…)
Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.
All other tasks as assigned.

What You'll need to be Successful and Safe:

Previous experience using a forklift preferred; minimum of 1 year.
Must have a good attendance record.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
Able to lift and stand for long periods of time.
