Key responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, from talent acquisition to development and management.
- High-Performance, High engagement Culture: Drive a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Factory Expansion Oversight: Lead the HR aspects of our new factory site expansion, including resourcing, onboarding, and training.
- Change Management: Lead large-scale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Reward & Benefits: Develop and manage reward and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Strategic Partner: Be an active member of the Country leadership team, engaging, challenging, and coaching our people towards high performance.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead our diversity, inclusion, and belonging agenda to position Kerry as an employer of choice.
- Leadership Support: Partner with functional leaders to enhance their leadership and people management skills.
- Employee Relations: Anticipate and address employee relations issues proactively.
- Performance Culture: Develop a high-performance culture through effective performance management and recognition programs.
- Collaboration with HR Services: Work closely with HR Shared Services to bring innovative thinking to talent management, learning, and rewards.
- Change Management: Drive and deliver business change effectively.
- Employee Engagement: Create a compelling case for employee engagement and partner with senior leadership to develop local engagement strategies.
- Factory Expansion Leadership: Oversee the HR aspects of our new factory site expansion, ensuring effective resourcing, onboarding, and training.
- Reward & Benefits Management: Develop and manage comprehensive reward and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Key Measurements of Success:
- Achieving top quartile Employee Engagement survey results.
- Meeting Kerry Global standards in people processes.
- Managing HR Metrics to maintain appropriate levels.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree in business or MBA.
- Relevant HR qualification/accreditation with a track record of continuous professional development.
- 10+ years of generalist HR experience with a focus on driving high-performance cultures.
- Proven experience in supporting global company manufacturing, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Excellence in diversity, inclusion, and belonging practices.
- Strong experience in change management and reward and benefits programs.
