About the role

The Engineering & Project Manager will be responsible for overall organisation, planning and management of multiple projects at Kerry Turkey. You will have overall responsibility for managing the project teams to ensure the on-time budget and scope delivery of capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scope Definition  – Establishing project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Construction Site Management - Overseeing on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and addressing any logistical challenges.
• Team Coordination – Managing engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Risk Management – Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Budget & Resource Management – Allocating resources efficiently and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
• Quality & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Communication – Providing regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients and leadership.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Addressing challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum Third Level Degree in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ Engineering experience in a multinational environment
• Must have experience managing and conducting projects in other countries
• Must have previously worked in the Food / Food Ingredients industry
• Good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma and Lean Manufacturing
• Familiar with project management tools
• Strong track record of on-time, on-budget and on-specification delivery of projects;
