About the role

  • As a Commercial Executive, always aim to deliver value and foster strong client relationships.
  • Perform a variety of commercial activities in accordance with internal processes and standards to achieve organisation's business goals to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled or exceeded.
  • You will work with internal teams and take ownership to secure and develop new business opportunities in a highly organised manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with sales and marketing teams, manage all commercial activities within Hong Kong and Taiwan market to meet the forecast;
  • Recommend and assist in establishing the production and inventory plan to support the business;
  • Customer relationship management - Communicate with clients on all business matters at the project level;
  • Follow-up on purchase orders, payments, and manage wins to production and launch;
  • Support Customer Care in managing and optimising supply chain;
  • Manage product and marketing related enquiries from clients;
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution; 
  • Leverage internal sales tools and processes to drive opportunities to a successful close;
  • Ensure orders meet all legal and financial requirements;
  • Plan, attend and coordinate executive briefings;
  • Coordinate with regional counterparts for target sampling and promotional activities efficiently;
  • Interact effectively with internal partners from various departments, e.g. Marketing, Logistics, Finance department, etc.;
  • Prepare analysis reports on sales performance, marketing campaign and promotional activities;
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Commerce or any related field;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Operation or relevant commercial roles;
  • Familiarity with food service channel, especially QSR and coffee chains is preferred;
  • A team player with sound communication skills and negotiation skills;
  • Self-motivated, be able to work independently;
  • Goal-oriented, willing to learn, and be able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Sensitive to the market, customer expectations and brands;
  • Proficient in PC application, e.g. SAP, SFDC, MS Office suite.
