About the role

This position will support and report to Senior Marketing Manager of TH, VN and MM. This role key responsibility is  to accelerate retail,  foodservice and overall business growth. As marketing lead for VN, this person need to  develop relevant and proactive insights, lead business strategy that encompasses customers, consumers and channels. On top of that will be be responsible for deliver innovative ways in bringing to live customers engagement. It is also crucial for this person to establish relations with country manager, sales team and RD&A.

Key responsibilities

Plan and Execute Marketing Strategy

  • Lead marketing function in VN and establish leadership with country manager and commercial team 
  • Identify needs and opportunities through external and internal analysis
  • Partner with commercial and technical teams to identify growth opportunities and target customers
  • Consolidate and prioritize needs and communicates to Sub-Regional Marketing Teams

Develop relationships with selected target customers

  • Develop winning and comprehensive proactive insights lead business growth plan as our customer engagement platform  
  • Create & execute innovative ways to engage customers by bringing to live relevant insights

Develops deep understanding of local customer brands and local market dynamics

  • Becomes local category expert, through analysis of consumer trends and insights, customer products, growth rates, shares, new product introductions and competitive landscape
  • Identify and recommend key opportunities key stake holders based on customers, consumers and channels
  • Develop winning and comprehensive proactive insights lead business growth plan as our customer engagement platform  
Qualifications and skills

Experience Required:

  • Min 8 years of hands-on experience marketing and or business development 
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Ingredients industry is highly advantageous in order to understand the industry, the main players, etc. 
  • Strong B2B Marketing or Sales experience
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and principles including brand execution, commercialization of new products, and creative promotions
  • Exposure working for MNC with matrix organizations is an advantage
