About the role

 

Drive strategic commercial growth by identifying opportunities, executing cross-functional projects, and deepening customer insights. Key skills: strategic planning, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, pipeline management, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration. 

 


Key focus include growth and expansion of all Kerry's technologies to assigned accounts with highest return in sustainable revenue and profit for Kerry. The suitable candidate must possess a wide and in-depth network within the local market in Vietnam, strong technical background in Food science ( or similar areas), and good selling skills with consumer/customer centric approach.

Reporting to : Country Head & Commercial Lead - Vietnam

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Support the business lead to develop a commercial plan that drives sustainable and profitable growth, aligned with Kerry’s strategic growth platforms.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of projects by managing the pipeline proactively across functions and business units.
  • Development of proactive customer campaigns with Marketing and RD&A that create significant value for key customers.
  • Build collaborative and cross-functional relationships with existing and new accounts.

Qualifications and skills

 

 

  • Bachelors' Degree or higher in Food Science/ Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Nutrition or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in B2B role.
  • Must have key accounts activation experience and capability in managing process from sales perspective
  • Business level English with excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with a level of ambiguity.
  • Must be proficient in English and Vietnamese.
