About the role
This role will concentrate on driving the growth and success of the Brands business across Vietnam by expanding market coverage, enhancing the efficiency of customer relationship retention, improving customer service, and adopting a hands-on approach to managing local key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve Sales & Budget target for defined set of Key accounts across Foodservices.
- Developing and managing key accounts (existing & new accounts).
- Work in collaboration with the internal and external teams to introduce new product concepts to the market, in-line with latest market trends for customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct customer workshops/sessions or salons for key accounts.
- Identify competitive landscape i.e., competition, promotions, pricing trends & product positioning using sales & business development MIS Tools.
- Proactively works on account planning process to meet performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one, three and five-year period.
- Coordinate with distributors on the customer account split / planning / prospection.
- Identify white space and opportunities.
- Deliverables: Present a monthly report on account results and sales.
- Provide forecast on a monthly basis to NSM for their key account.
- Provide monthly report on the KA approaches and performance with analytical input.
- Distributor & Sub-distributor brand/sales/forecast training.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and customer feedbacks is up to date.
- On case-by-case basis, manage cross-branded accounts.
Qualifications and skills
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales to promote branded products.
- Good if possess a wide, existing customer network in Foodservice and experience working with Distributors
- Preferably have Brand activation experience and capability in managing the process from a sales perspective
- Business level English and local language is mandatory with excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably have previous experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with a level of ambiguity.
- Culinary / Food & Beverage experience will be an advantage.
- Good to possess strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage LTO / regular engagements with Key Accounts.
- Must be able to travel as required across the country.
