About the role

• Work Location : Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Reporting To : Commercial Director - Animal Nutrition (APMEA)

Key responsibilities

Lead and grow Kerry’s feed additive sales in Vietnam.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain sales with existing Kerry customers.
Develop opportunities with key accounts.
Manage distributors and and effective direct / indirect sales strategy
Meet and exceed defined sales goals and targets.
Provide technical support and product expertise to customers.
Work closely with the technical team to develop the market.
Track and report sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition
Career experience in managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and specializing in poultry nutrition feed additives, particularly enzymes and probiotics.
Experience working with both distributors and direct customers.
Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
Track record meeting sales objectives.
Experience solving customer concerns and delivering effective solutions.
