About the role

Location:Gurgaon
Report to: Regional Sales Manger

The role requires someone in Establishing DaVinci Gourmet and other branded beverages in the HORECA segment.

Key responsibilities

Presentations and tasting sessions for HORECA/Cafe customers.
Assisting customer on beverage menu’s – Recipes, costing, training staff etc.
Developing new innovative recipes using Beverage range.
Maintaining customer data base and build strong relationship with them.
Staff training of the accounts where product is introduced. Time to time staff training & update on the new recipes developed by us
Collate feedback from HORECA customers on the product demonstrations conducted every month, Demo reports formats.
Ensure adherence and scheduled demonstration completion organized by the sales team.

Qualifications and skills

2-3 years of experience in beverages – mixology/barista/bartender
Understanding of using/application of syrups/smoothies/sauces and other dry blended products.
Presentation skills – Power point and basic knowledge of excel.
Understanding customer requirements & market trends across HORECA
Preferably Hotel Management
Should have worked in Hospitality industry i.e. F&B
