About the role

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

The role requires someone to handle distribution network for Delhi & Rajasthan Market for DVG HORECA business.

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales & Budget Target for North India market
  • Primary and secondary sales planning, credit control and distributor appointment/management
  • Ensure Product availability across primary & secondary distribution point
  • Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts
  • Support development of new product concepts in line with latest market trends for customers.
  • Support & plan customer Sessions & Salons in the assigned territory.
  • Capture competition activities, promotions, and pricing trends.
  • Reporting as per Sales & Business development MIS Tools.

Qualifications and skills

Knowledge, Experience, Education:

  • Graduate, Hotel Management graduate or MBA
  • Total experience required is 8-15+ years
  • Good knowledge of Excel and sales data analysis
  • Selling experience in HORECA segments is a must
  • Experience in leading a Team.
  • Strong relationships with target customers
  • Knowledge of distribution & partners in Specified markets
  • Strong presentation & customer engagement Skills
  • Creative & innovative concept selling approach will be the key
  • Ability to Analyse market trends and develop concepts for institutional customer (Hotels, Bars, Café’s, QSR’s, Entertainment Chains, Bakery Café’s, Restaurants)

External & internal contacts

  • Customer Touch Points in F&B, Procurement & Event teams
  • Compliment product selling into same target customers
  • Brand Team within Kerry i.e., Sales, Brand Ambassadors, Activation team
