About the role
Sales management for strategic clients, maintaining and growing accounts primarily in the meat industry.
Key responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge & Support: Understanding meat processing, formulation, and application to provide solutions tailored to customer challenges.
- Account Planning & Strategy: Developing account plans, setting objectives, and aligning strategies with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with procurement, culinary, R&D, and technical teams to address customer needs.
- Budgeting & Pricing Negotiation: Managing financial aspects, including pricing strategies and budget planning.
- Travel & Customer Engagement: Frequently visiting clients and attending industry events to strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications and skills
5 years of experience managing meat clients, with technical knowledge and commercial negotiation skills to convert opportunities.
Preferably an associate's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Nutrition.
Advanced English is preferred.
CRM skills (Salesforce preferred).
Tracking and identification of business opportunities.
