About the role
Please note: this position is for a 15-month contract at our Kerry plant, located in Granby, QC.
The customer service representative will work with the representative, the customer and the supply chain to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the representative to deliver a great customer experience:
- Create a relationship of trust with customers
- Notify the representative of any significant issues
- Follow-up of ongoing commercializations
- Visiting customers as needed
- Escalate any urgent request
- Offer the best problems resolution to customers:
- Enter complaints, follow up on these complaints with manufacturing plants or carriers
- Enter credit applications and follow up
- Track orders shipped, follow up with carriers when required
- Enter orders, request for technical documents, product information (MOQ, leadtime...) (if required, made by GBS - Global Business Solutions)
Qualifications and skills
- Hold a diploma of college studies
- Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner
- Have a good sense of organization
- Have good stress management, be able to work effectively under pressure
- Have a good knowledge of a web environment
- Be analytical in problem solving
- Must be bilingual
