Senior Quality System Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality System Lead to join our team, at our Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility, in Glamsbjerg. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will have full responsibility for updated quality system, ensuring procedures, processes, work instructions are updated for our site to live up to Kerry standards, ISO 22000 and customer requirements.

This is an onsite, permanent and full-time position.

Key responsibilities

1/ Quality System/HSE procedures  

  • Pass on implementation of procedures, new legalisation and customer requirements within site in conjunction with site cross functional team.
  • Safeguards compliance with procedures and requirements
  • Contact with the Global team

2/ Conformity with internal and external standards

  • Updating/improving documentation  

3/ Participates in looking for improvements and solutions

4/ Reporting: analyses and reports key figures to stakeholders   

5/ HACCP  

  • Maintain HACCP documentation   
  • Correctness of documentation

6/ External audits   

  • Assists with administration for external audits
  • Coordinate deviations and follow up  
  • Correctness and timeliness of audits

7/ Internal audits   

  • Participate and conduct internal audits.
  • Follow up on internal audits
  • Effectiveness of actions

8/ Provide leadership and support to the team member, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continued professional development.

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the food industry
  • Good knowledge of standards and food safety/production
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Microsoft office program skill (SAP experience will be advantage)
  • Capacity to take decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management.
