About the role

Project/Process Engineer will initially focus on implementing 'in-flight' projects. But there is also opportunity to be involved in detailed design of engineering and process improvement projects. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from Engineering, Production, Quality and HSE teams in Glamsbjerg. But there will also be direct interaction with suppliers and central functions in the group - all to ensure that the projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, on time, within budget and with common safety built in as standard.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out feasibility studies for future projects

• Prepare overall project plans with consideration of schedule, budget, requirements for project team etc.

• Create investment proposals, including detailed descriptions, cost estimates, savings and timetables

• Prepare detailed project plans, project specifications with calculations, schedules and budgets, as well as process flow diagrams (PFDs), instrumentation and

piping drawings (P&IDs) according to need

• Prepare requirements specifications and select suppliers

• Supervise the execution of the projects, follow-up and ongoing reporting thereof

• Receive and start up plant and equipment

• Update layout drawings and prepare project documentation

• Evaluate and report to management/steering group


Should be able to manage multiple projects and be open different work streams (mechanical, civil constructions, process improvements, sustainability and

electrical)

 

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering or Dairy Engineering.
  • Danish and English language skills, spoken and written.
