Headquartered in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we operate multiple manufacturing facilities in the southwest of Ireland, including Listowel, Charleville, Newmarket, and Farranfore. About the role
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team in Farranfore, Co. Kerry. it's required to work from the office five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Cold Calling; presenting the business in a professional capacity with both milk suppliers and non-milk suppliers whilst selling the features and benefits of our services
- Manage outbound sales and service calls in line with agreed service levels.
- Increase our Customers awareness across our full product offering, while understanding the customers’ business to best match their needs.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive product portfolio
- Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of warehouse and transport resource.
- Maintain, through the effective use of a follow up process, regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Promote the digital ordering proposition www.farmandhomestore.ie
- Build effective relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
- Manage sales administration in compliance with GDPR and regulatory processes.
- Support the sales team to increase product range and meet sales targets.
- Completion of weekly KPI sheet
Qualifications and skills
- A minimum of 1 years` experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst also demonstrating initiative to take ownership when required
- Competency in PC packages including the MS office suite and Office 365.
- A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with outstanding communication skills
- The ability to work using initiative and to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality.
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied and challenging workload.
