Located right near the O'Hare airport, our Elk Grove Village, IL location is the epicenter for all things sprinkle! Here our hardworking team creates many different styles, shapes, and colors of sprinkles and cake crunch for Kerry customers and brands. With a growing portfolio, comes the need to grow our team! Sign-On Bonus $2,000 terms apply

 $2000 gross pay sign on bonus. $500 Bonus will be paid to the new hire after completing 30 working days and $500 after 90 working days and $1000 after completing the 180 days.  The new hire must be employed by Kerry at the time the award is paid out.  Notes: New Hire employees who leave employment voluntarily within the first 12months after the sign on bonus is paid, will be responsible to repay the full amount of monies received.  

These openings will require both overtime and weekend work. The following is a list of current hours:

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00PM - 9:30PM



What You'll Do

Do you enjoy your days being full of variety? You’ll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace. As a Production Operator you’ll see a product’s transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You’ll follow instructions provided on a recipe card or “batch ticket” listing which ingredients you’ll gather, measure, weigh, and document the amount needed. If you’re active, this is the role for you because you’ll use your hustle for lifting, rolling and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of ingredients and drums up to 200lbs to other team members. After the ingredients are mixed, polished and sensory tested the finished product is boxed, labeled and palletized. What You'll Need to be Successful and Safe

  • Because you’ll be working with ingredients to specific standards, you’ll want to have either a high school diploma or equivalent or previous work experience with measuring and documenting with detail.
  • Able to lift of 50lbs by hand.
  • Already have food manufacturing experience? Great, your transition will be a breeze! Experience is preferred but not required
  • Because you’ll be part of a team that will count on you, we’d like to see solid work attendance in your current/previous job
  • Because the safety of you and our team are important to us, successfully passing a drug and background will be required
