Niagara Falls, NY location produces organic salts, including propionates and acetates, serving Pharmaceutical, Food, Feed and Technical Industries. With this long-standing and fully automated manufacturing site, Kerry offers world class quality products to a global market. Our products fill vital needs in a broad range of applications that are essential to everyday life including food preservation, antibiotic formulation, dialysis treatment, energy production and more.

$34.13/hour; $5,000 sign on bonus; Monday - Friday: 2 weeks/month 8 am – 4:30 pm; 1 week/month 6 am – 2:30 pm; 1 week/month 3 pm – 11 pm. OT Offered, not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

Performing services to property and equipment as prescribed to maintain the plant.

Completing assignments in a safe and orderly manner
Maintenance of Electrical power distribution system
Maintenance of instrumentation and control systems
Electrical repairs to equipment
Building service and repairs
Housekeeping
Analyze problems and troubleshoot equipment to effect resolution
May be required to move or lift 50lbs.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills

There are a few requirements you will need to be safe and successful in this job.

Education: High school or equivalent
Required Knowledge: Electrical theory, motor control and wiring, instrumentation theory. Troubleshooting ability.
Experience Needed: Journeyman Electrician or equivalent.

The starting wage for this role is $34.13 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
