So what’s this job all about?

 

The job of the Finance Analyst (Revenue Accounting) will be to support the management of Kerry Foods revenue & rebates accounting, ensuring revenue and Qlik sales reports are accurately reported.

 

You’ll play a key support role in the completion of the Kerry Foods monthly revenue accounting process and reconciliation. You’ll manage our Kerry Foods rebate accounting with a high degree of accuracy and diligence, working closely with our Commercial Finance team on monthly reviews to ensure accuracy of accruals. You’ll take ownership of the Kerry Foods weekly sales to dispatch reconciliation, and will support the Accountant in any customer revenue related claims that may arise.

 

A master at process and systems, you will support the Revenue Accounting Finance Manager & Accountant in completion of the year end process, ensuring revenue accounting and audit files are completed in line with Kerry Foods requirements

 

You'll get involved in lots of other activities as well, whilst living the Kerry Values every day. This role means you'll need to engage & influence wider business teams so you'll need a high degree of relevant business knowledge. And of course you'll need to build a cross function network internally.

For this Finance Analyst (Revenue Accounting) role we are ideally looking for you to be studying towards or qualified with a CIMA or ACCA professional qualification and have experience in an financial, analytical role previously.  Experience of the month end process would be great too.

 

It goes without saying that strong interpersonal and relationship building skills go a long way in our business so you'll need to demonstrate this through our process. If you've got experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business - great - but you have to understand finance and be a real team player. You should also be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.
