About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Accountant to join our Commercial Finance Team in Egham, Surrey on a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year with the potential to become permanent. This is a hybrid working role with the requirement to be onsite 2 days a week and 3 working remotely.
The role will be to support the management of Kerry Foods revenue & rebates accounting, ensuring revenue and Qlik sales reports are accurately reported.
Key responsibilities
Revenue Accounting:
- Manage completion of Kerry Foods monthly revenue accounting process and reconciliation
- Management of Kerry Foods rebate accounting (LTA’s, promotional retros & fees) with a high degree of accuracy and diligence, completing balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Host monthly rebate business partner meetings with commercial finance/sales teams for relevant business categories
Sales Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy of SAP & Qlik Sales Reporting through weekly sales checks, including weekly sales to despatch reconciliation
Year End:
- Play a key role in the year end audit, preparing audit files and responding to audit requests.
- Provide cover for team members as required
Qualifications and skills
CIMA/ACCA Qualification
SAL GL & BI experience
Good excel skills
Good communicator
Business partnering experience
