About the role

The purpose of this role is to ensure that raw materials and finished products are passed within specifications, quality, and food safety systems.

• Recording of test data
• Documentation of Quality tests
• Measuring of test components
• Lab work
• Valuing diversity and difference
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Managing effective teams and work groups – directly and remotely
• Presentation skills
• Communication – written & oral/ability to communicate complex ideas concisely.
• Self-starter
   

Qualifications and skills

• Matric
• National Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent
• Knowledge of Quality Control
• Knowledge of analysis techniques
• Must be willing to work shifts (non-negotiable)
