About the role

In this role, you will develop solutions based on customer brief for coating, functional and taste system for Meat end use market.

 

The RDA technologist - Meat role will report to the RDA manager Meat. 

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Dubai.
 

Key responsibilities

As part of this role you will be responsible for:

 

• Application of Kerry solutions on end products
• Products preparation for customer presentation
• Develop market suitable products in line with customer brief utilizing Kerry technologies
• Independently plan and complete product development work with appropriate project management (communication on project status to manager, sales and customer.)
• Understand systems and RDA ways of working including use of Salesforce (opportunity management), Optiva (recipe creation), MDG, SAP
• Maintain lab consumables, equipment and ingredients in safe and hygienic storage.
   

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of B. Tech or M.Sc. in Food Science/Technology or equivalent qualifications
• Experience of working in the lab – hands on
• Project management and organisational skills
• Innovation skills
• Communication skills to interface with other business functions.
