About the role

Step into a role where creativity, hospitality, and strategic engagement converge to shape how the world experiences Kerry. As the Kerry Customer Experience and Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force behind immersive, high-impact customer and stakeholder experiences—both in-person and virtual. This is not just about hosting visits; it’s about curating a dynamic ecosystem of events, collaborations, and storytelling that brings Kerry’s innovation to life.
You will be the connector—between Kerry and the outside world, between commercial strategy and creative execution, and between vision and experience. With a background in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing, you will design and deliver unforgettable engagements that resonate with customers, collaborators, and influencers alike.

Key responsibilities

Experience Design & Delivery:

  • Curate and host personalized, end-to-end customer journeys—from welcome to farewell.
  • Design immersive experiences that reflect Kerry’s innovation, tailored to each visitor’s industry, goals, and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align visits with strategic business opportunities and customer narratives.
  • Ensure every guest leaves with a sense of wonder, energy, and connection to Kerry’s purpose.

 

Event Creation & Ecosystem Building:

  • Develop and execute themed events that bring together customers, researchers, non-competing suppliers, influencers, futurists, and collaborators.
  • Proactively identify and engage new audiences—chefs, baristas, universities, equipment manufacturers, media, and more—to bring them into the Kerry experience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of flagship events like Gulfood, transforming the Kerry facility into a vibrant hub of activity and innovation.

 

Strategic Planning & Coordination:

  • Work closely with commercial leads to maintain a full and purposeful calendar of engagements.
  • Develop event concepts, agendas, and narratives that align with Kerry’s brand and business goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams (AV, catering, setup) to ensure seamless execution.

 

Brand Storytelling & Content Curation:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, translating Kerry’s value proposition into compelling stories and experiences.
  • Curate physical and digital elements of the Kerry space—displays, signage, guides—to enhance narrative impact.
  • While content creation is led by commercial teams, you will ensure its effective integration into the visitor journey.

 

Post-Event Impact & Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and report on event performance.
  • Use insights to refine future experiences and raise the bar for customer engagement.
  • Share learnings with internal teams to build a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
  • Deep customer orientation—hospitality mindset with a passion for delighting guests
  • Creative storytelling ability—can turn a brief into a memorable experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Middle East industry connections (e.g., restaurants, hotels, influencers, media).
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with event platforms, AV coordination, and digital tools.

 

Desirable:

  • Understanding of Kerry’s technologies, customers, and industry landscape.
  • Familiarity with food ingredients, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Experience in B2B customer engagement or innovation centers.
