About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator/Receptionist to join the Kerry Taste & Nutrition team in Carrigaline


This role is a temporary position to cover for 6 months 


This is a faced paced environment, so you will be energic and hardworking with a good attitude, be able to work independently and support management with adhoc projects.


Key responsibilities


  • Collating & updating changes in documentation, in line with the company’s document management & change control system.  This includes updating, tracking and issuing of procedures & methods etc. Responsible for the electronic recording of documentation to comply with audit standards.
  • Co-ordinate & update site training matrix and training records
  • Assist in general administration duties as required
  • Ownership of all administration duties required in the running of reception including couriers, & post
  • Answering and redirecting switchboard calls and messages appropriately
  • End –to-end ownership of purchase orders, including ordering, goods receipting, and dealing with related queries
  • Record and distribute minutes from the morning meeting to the site

Qualifications and skills


  • Microsoft capable - Word/Excel 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Experience advantageous
