About the role


We’re looking for a Coleraine Business Analyst to join our Kerry team in Coleraine, Northern Ireland.


This is an exciting opportunity for a Coleraine Business Analyst to join our Kerry Team deploying our global template worldwide. The candidate will support the Plant Controller and the team within Kerry to build expertise and differentiated concepts.


This a full-time permanent role.


Key responsibilities


  • Complete Weekly Payroll - Time & Attendance submission / CSP / SSP / Review Shift patters
  • Complete Weekly & Monthly Product Costing analysis
  • Review Material Ledger weekly to review RM Pricing for Coleraine Plant
  • Calculate & Analyse Losses / Yields for the 6 production Streams on a weekly basis
  • Calculate & Analyse formulations for the 6 production Streams on a weekly basis
  • RM costing set up on SAP
  • Complete Weekly Site KPI for SLT
  • Complete Finance KPI
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Functional calls
  • Process improvements
  • Shadow finance analyst 

Qualifications and skills


  • Hold a third level qualification in Accounting or Business/Finance related subjects with a view to pursing to study in CIMA.
  • Experience of working in manufacturing, a busy finance office environment along with a high level of computer literacy in particularly Excel.
  • Must have the ability to work accurately under pressure and within strict deadlines possessing excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
  • Credit activity experience with ERP (SAP) knowledge will be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Team player who can motivate others, making it fun while getting the job done
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement, change and the challenge to make it better
  • Ability to use your own inititive
