Where you'll work

A Senior Quality Manager is critical to build a Food Safety and Quality culture at the Clark taste facility.  Having a big picture vision for the  Clark Savory Quality program, and  to meet and exceed regulatory and quality expectations.

 

 

 

What you'll do

At Kerry, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment as the subject matter expert developing strategies in food safety, sanitation, customer service, and overall performance in quality.

 

You’ll investigate and solve complex issues, make decisions quickly with little information, and train and mentor your team. The work can be challenging at times, executing against the demands of this fast-paced high growth plant.

 

We need your confidence and expertise to develop the correct strategies, SPC programs and communicate effectively with customers. Demonstrate competencies in process capabilities and process performance through statistical measurements such as Cpks and CPs.

 

 

Are you hands-on?

QA Manager requires working along cross-functional teams, leading and developing teams through communication, training and accountability.

 

 

 

 

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable field of study such as Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar Science/Engineering
  • 7+ years of quality experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant GFSI standards experience such as SQF, BRC, IFS or FS 22000.
  • 7+ years of experience in Food Safety regulations, FSMA, and industry and market trends.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and we prefer experience with LIMS, MAPIX, SAP
