You will work remotely and ideal location would be on the East coast, preferably New Jersey.


What you'll do:

The focus of this position is to manage and grow the existing business in North America by working with supplement companies.  This is an exciting opportunity to expand already established, clinically backed ingredients into the supplements space.  We are seeking a high energy Sales person that can leverage their existing network and contacts to accelerate our growth in this space.  The successful candidate will be high energy, organized and motivated by winning new business.

  • You will build a robust opportunity pipeline in nutritional supplements for probiotic, yeast beta glucan and new technologies that Kerry brings to market either through organic development or new acquisitions by:
    • Leveraging Kerry’s “go to market” footprint in priority product categories for mainstream dietary supplements
  • You will be responsible to build an awareness of Kerry’s emerging presence in the dietary supplements category by:
    • Being a strong ambassador / educator internally within the Kerry organization.
    • Being a strong ambassador externally: developing strong customer alliances and promoting the presence of Kerry in this category via participation at key industry events (e.g. tradeshows, seminars, and conferences)
  • We will want you to provide commercial leadership in developing Kerry’s growth plans into the dietary supplements category in North America.
  • You will need to identify emerging trends, develop insights on how Kerry can participate in the growth of this sector or targeted strategic acquisitions.


What you'll need to be successful:

To be driven and highly motivated to get out in front of customers to unearth new growth opportunities

  • You will have strong insights on the North America dietary supplements category, with excellent industry knowledge, has developed a strong network of contacts and is becoming recognized as an emerging talent/leader.
  • You will be Commercially driven with an aptitude to deliver business growth as well as a High performer with a strong track record in delivering sales growth.
  • You will need a Life Science / Business qualified, at Masters level will be an advantage.
  • You will need to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the supplement category.
  • You will need to posess strong execution skills, yet displaying the potential/ability to adopt a strategic approach.
  • You will need to display a passion for the nutritional supplements category and has a keen interest in the topics of nutrition, health and wellness.
  • You will need to have tje strong ability to work via multiple internal stakeholders in a matrix structure.


This position will require approximately 50% travel (subject to COVID-19). This will entail extensive customer visits in the field.
