About the role
Job functions:
1. Parts receiving (North/ South), submit part packing slip to Buyer.
a) Stock parts will be put back to location and perform count, if there are any differences, need to submit to Maintenance Lead to investigate.
b) Non-stock parts ( request by Work order) . will give to Package to the tech and updated status on WO. or put into Kitting area note WO for tech can use.
2. Physically cycle count qty and provide data to Maintenance Lead, so Lead can submit to finance to adjust qty.
Key responsibilities
3. Update SAP# to replace old MVP # to new label during cycle count. ( still have many parts under old MVP part# )
4. Update New bin location if move/add parts.
5. Request/ modify/ extend part# under Umanage website.
6. Report any unused non-stock parts to Ann-identify if we need to set up spare parts.
7. Verify keep stock order request qty to avoid over stock. ( once a week)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: At least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of vocational education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and write technical instructions and read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Ability to effectively explain information and respond to questions from fellow employees and outside support people.
