About the role
The Production Senior Supervisor role is to do and control all production process (starting from NPI-new product introduce development, setup until FG transfer to warehouse). He / she also will do ensure that production process run by following all SOP/WI for production. He / she will ensure all target and KPI achieved and make analysis if not achieved.

Reporting to : Production Manager
Key responsibilities
- Control production process and communicate with related dept (MTC, QA, SC, etc) to make sure the production run smooth.
- Assist through the job to move forward with the company.
- Work together with SC - scheduler to arrange and review production schedule / planning for effective and efficient production process in field and still keep / maintain our good quality and accurate quantity by consult with Production Head.
- Assist Dept Manager to evaluate HR in production.
- Control & monitor daily production activities to reach target quality and quantity, make sure all activities is align with our system, SOP & WI.
- Training subordinate (leaders & operators) for skill upgrading, and for all required agenda
- Assist Dept Manager to Control GMP, sanitation and operators overtime
- Keep and protect confidentiality and security of formula / batch sheet and equipment belong to company (Kerry). Forbidden to copy or distribute company information / documents to others (there are sanctions which already state in company policy).
- Regular meeting with MTC to review machine and equipment issues.
- Make sure all SOP & WI in production is run / followed.
- Execute project given by production manager.
- Ensure safe working procedures are followed in the Process / Finishing plant and Warehouse
- Ensure plant efficiency and ensure yields are achieved
- Training of Production Executives, new Operators, existing Operators and Contract Workers on new processes / products (especially : GMP / Food safety, SOP / WI etc), liaise with other prod spv
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness / System: Reduce the cycle time, Increase more product is produced for less resource. Overall responsibility for production labour efficiency through the shift supervisor in a highly flexible and systematic manufacturing plant environment. Ability to deliver outstanding results without compromise to safety or quality.
- Shall frequently visit the plant floor to coordinate and monitor production, direct the resolution of operational delays, and oversee other production related issues. Shall notify production delay and propose relevant countermeasures deem fit to resolve production issues to the Management
- Continuous Improvement: To participate in continuous improvement activities as necessary
- Continuously improve the manufacturing process through efficient operations and cost control.

- Shall hold responsibility to lay out instruction clearly, communicate changes and guide operating staff/executives to carry out procedures through 'night letter' and related documents to effectively communicate the executive team on time
- Standardisation: To standardise all structures, work, training, procedures & records
- To organize, direct, control and evaluate the process of Production, Safety, Environment and Sanitation, GMP, ISO, food safety, HACCP, EHS, AIB, etc within the Plant independently. Directly responsible for the day-to-day plant production operations and the achievement of Production Plan objective

- CIP & COP Procedures – manage cleaning schedule & times
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum Diploma - Bachelors in Engineering or related.
- Experience minimal 3 years in food production.
- Knowing well the procedure of GMP , ISO , AIB, familiar with SAP
- Have highly motivation to go forward (for better progress)
- Proficient in computer literrate skill, Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, visio).
- Good command of written in English (an advantage if good in verbal also).
